Can I book and pay online?
No — LUMA is a rental boutique, not an online store. Browse the collection, add the pieces you love to your wishlist with the quantities you need, and send an inquiry through the form or on WhatsApp. We confirm availability and send you a personal quote. Nothing is charged on the website.
Why don’t you list fixed prices?
Pricing varies with the items, quantities, event date and details you choose, so every quote is personal. Contact us through the inquiry form or WhatsApp for a direct consultation and an accurate price for your celebration.
How does the wishlist work?
On any product page choose a quantity and tap “Add to Wishlist”. Your wishlist is saved in your browser, so you can keep browsing and come back later. When you’re ready, open the wishlist, adjust quantities and send everything in one inquiry — or send the list straight to us on WhatsApp.
How do I contact LUMA directly?
Tap the WhatsApp button on any page to start a chat with us, or use the inquiry form on the Wishlist or Contact page. Include your event date, location and guest count so we can help you faster.
Is sending an inquiry a commitment?
No. An inquiry simply lets us check availability and prepare a quote for you. Your booking is only confirmed once you approve the quote with us personally.

What kinds of events do you rent for?
Weddings, engagements, birthdays and milestone parties, baby and bridal showers, kids parties and sleepovers, holiday gatherings, corporate events and intimate dinners at home.
What can I rent from LUMA?
Tables and chairs, linens and runners, tableware and glassware, dessert and serving displays, candles and lighting, florals and centerpieces, backdrops and marquee signage, tents and outdoor pieces, kids sleepover sets and inflatables, and entertainment such as treat machines, party lighting and photo booths.
Can you help me choose pieces that work together?
Yes. Tell us about your theme, colors and guest count when you inquire and we’ll suggest pieces from the collection that complement each other. Each product page also shows pieces that pair well with it.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Delivery, pickup and setup options depend on your location and order, and are confirmed together with your personal quote. Mention your venue and timing in your inquiry and we’ll include the options for you.
How far in advance should I inquire?
As early as you can — popular pieces are limited and each item can only go to one event per date. Send an inquiry as soon as you know your date and we’ll confirm what’s available.
